Service as Foundation
I shared how my public servant family instilled a deep belief that success without service misses the point. Leadership, for me, means every decision asks: Who does this serve? Does it build trust? Does it strengthen community?
This shapes everything—from guiding brands through M&A transitions at Terri Eagle Group to building K.Consults as a boutique consultancy that centers founders and creatives.
2026 Vision
My goal this year? Continue guiding ambitious brands while investing in the creative communities that raised me. Service-driven leadership means building with people, not just for them.
